Food Reaction Test

Food Reaction Test

Currently, there are various techniques for testing for hidden food allergies. The quality and accuracy of each method vary, leading to inaccurate or false-positive results. This impacts treatment planning and proper medication adherence, and may even lead patients to avoid more foods than they actually have an allergy to. This is why the FIT test (Advanced Food Inflammation Test) is more suitable than conventional hidden food allergy tests because it utilizes immune complex detection technology.

FIT test highlights:

  • The FIT test (Advanced Food Inflammation Test) is a new type of hidden food allergy test that goes beyond conventional hidden food allergy tests. It was developed by scientists at MIT using advanced technology and meets international standards.

  • The FIT test simultaneously tests both IgG antibodies and the IC-C3d immune complex, making it more accurate and effective than conventional hidden food allergy tests that only test IgG.

  • In addition to testing 134 types of foods, the FIT test also covers all food categories, including MSG, food coloring, and preservatives. Therefore, avoiding foods found in this test will improve the effectiveness of treatment for hidden allergic disorders.

Furthermore, it has been found that when the allergic foods are discontinued, the severity of the allergy is reduced or even changed. Therefore, after treatment, the FIT test should be repeated every 6-12 months to monitor symptoms and adjust the treatment program to reflect the current condition.
